The Okamac warranty
The warranty is valid on all Mac shipped and sold by Okamac. At Okamac, all our reconditioned products are guaranteed at least 12 months Guarantee Zen – and can be up to 2 years with the warranty extension.
What does the guarantee cover?
These guarantees cover all the hardware failures of the Mac, the repair of the parts and the workforce, and off the operating system or software.
Evaluation of aesthetics
In order to guide you precisely in your research, Okamac has put in place a grade classification of computers based on a series of visual tests carried out as part of our quality control.
We assign to all our products a grade defining the general physical state of the material. It is important to note that these grades concern only the aesthetic state of the computer. All our Mac are reconditioned and therefore in perfect working condition.
