No. Every Mac is 100 per cent functional, regardless of its cosmetic grade. The grades (‘Good’, ‘Very Good’, ‘Perfect’) simply describe visible signs of wear — as shown in the representative photos.

And if you’re not happy with the condition: you have 30 days to change your mind, and returns are accepted without needing to give a reason.

Every battery is tested in our workshop: we guarantee that it retains at least 80 per cent of its original capacity. You can also choose the new battery option when placing your order.

All our Macs come with a minimum 12-month warranty (which can be extended to 24 months). M-series chips, meanwhile, are covered by a 24-month warranty. Should you have any issues, our after-sales service team based in France is available on 02 41 24 80 04 (no surcharge); if the product needs to be returned to the workshop, Okamac will cover the delivery costs under warranty.

The latest operating system has just been installed and is ready to use. Do you need an earlier version for a specific piece of software? Please contact us before you buy: our team will confirm compatibility and can set up your Mac accordingly.
